Without knowing where you are - and I'm guessing you aren't in the US - it's hard to say.

It could be your word against hers, including testing of blood and/or semen on her clothing.

Have you had contact with her since the abortion ... or was that the end of the relationship.

also how old are you and how old is she ?

She blamed, or accused, you of raping her now (July 20th), or on May 30th?

Blood from your finger and from a cotton article of clothing, perhaps, match? Is the doctor suggesting that blood found on her clothing is yours? This would suggest that you were bleeding. Why would that be?

Did you have sex with her? Was that sex voluntary on her part? If so, the fact that you had sex with her would not matter really.
