Notice that there soapy water coming out of the faucet, a lot.

Try outside faucets and try a neighbors faucet

Yeah, I'd have to think that most likely soap got pushed up into the aerator at that particular faucet. I'd remove the AERATOR at the faucet and then run water from the facuet....still soapy? If no, clean or replace the aerator.

If that doesn't clear up the mystery, as Stratmando said, check other faucets and report back on what you find, OK?
