How old are the children? If there is a court order for 2 then you have to make them available. Otherwise you need to go back to court to get the visitation order modified.

He is serving me court papers now as we speak as he wants me sign a concent order and he wants me to sign having the children every second Friday and Sat but they dont want this they are 9 and 11 they only want to go for 1 night and even thats pushing it. He also works on a Sat so i should not be nade to send them should i as they dont want to stay with his girlfriend they are not there for her
