I moved about a year ago to Louisiana from Michigan while on felony probation because of my parents divorce my mom had no where to stay but a hotel and my dad moved to la before I got out and so I got permission to transfer my probation to la because first off my mom didn't have a permanent address for me anywhere at the time,oh how times have changed,dads getting re married and now he doesn't want a relationship with me and made it clear he wants me to go transfer(he will pay again for it) to Michigan since mom has a place for me and wants me to come back home, and I called and got my old job back at wendys and can't live with my father of course bit I'm not sure how many times I can transfer my probation. Is there a limit? I've done everything asked of me since I been on probation and am nervous about being homeless and whatnot.dad only gave me a week and my lease is up august first,he might pay for the next month but this whole movin thing was a big mess and I'd like to go home.any thing will help! Thank you!

You can get a transfer but not in a week, maybe if lucky a month, but not a week,

I'm so nervous waitin for my p.o right now to talk to him I just hope they let me do it again,I've heard if you got residency and a job your good but it's still nerve recking to think thy might say no and leave me on the streets cuz I already transferred a year ago and still have until October 2013.
