Joint custody can one parent move out the state and get married.could the other parent get full custody of the children

Anything is possible. Mostly its going to depend on the circumstances around the case you have and how the courts decide on it. You will have to file for a custody change in court.

The age of the children is it joint legal custody or joint physcial custody ( or both)
Which parent is the child living with, the one that moved out of state or the other.

My wife and i have joint custody she want to move out of state and remarry.we have three children do she have the right to take them.

If you have joint custody and visitation, no she doesn't have the right to just move with your child. She has to get your permission and/or a court's. She can move but not with the child.
