I am trying to get a passport for my fiance, he is a non-violent convicted felon, is this obtainable in the US for a cruise to the Bahamas?

He can get a passport, unless there is a specific court order not to. A passport is just a federal form of ID. It is the visa that he has to get to enter most other nations. The visa is what is normally refused.

I have a felony.I also have a passport.
When it came time to update the thing,no issues! Smooth as clockwork.
Over the last 10 years or so,i have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean.
Not a single problem.

Hope this is in time, and helps.
