Im 16 and I was told I had a court date and I forgot about it.
What will happen and will I get in trouble or my mom? I only live with my mom and I live in the L.A county.

Assault and Battery (I have no clue as to what "turentsey" means. )?

That would be a criminal charge. If you fail to show up, a warrant will be issued for your arrest. Contact an attorney and arrange to re-schedule immediately.

Oh. "truancy". Playing hookey, in other words. The difference, of course, is that while A & B is a crime, truancy is not; it's a juvenile violation.

But as I say, you can expect to be taken into custody.
