Trying to remember a TV show that had costumed sea creatures that hung out with kid actors(not in costume). I believe it was located near the beach.

No this was I believe was earlier than that. If memory serves me right, I believe it was mostly centered in their house. There were a couple of different sea creatures and, maybe, 2 kid actors.

After talking to friends,they think it was from the 70's and the show was centered in a cave. Can anyone help?
