my toilet has overflowed for the 5 time and has caused water damage in my first floor ceiling
the water damage in my first floor ceiling is not in the same area as my toilet my father is currently in the process of trying to locate all the damage and swearing whilst he does it and i am really worried about the damage
is there any advice that can be given i am very much ignorant to the world or plumbing but any advice would be helpful and and question i will attempt my best to answer thank you

Purchase a toilet auger,(see image) and auger the bowl. If that doesn't get it click on back and we'll go to plan "B". Good luck, Tom
