i have payne forced air heat and coolant furnace natural gas.mod PG9maa03606A FKA serial number 0205a15648 7a556-02
the box that the water from the central air goes into is M554401 mode vcma15uL little giant pump
my problem is that the water is over flowing at that external box.
The pump seems to be working but some comes out of the tube we put a new tube coming out of it to a pail on the floor some does go in that pail but there is still some coming out of the box.
We noticed the water to the top of this box is there something we are doing wrong ?
