I recently purchased a 1965 rotary wall phone at an antique store. We checked the phone to make sure it received calls and also dailed out.. and it did. At our house.. we can receive calls on it..but can not dial out.. When we try to dial out..all we hear is the constant dial tone. Any suggestions??
