I cannot find or remember the name on the trust ive inherited. Its been open since 2008 and i've never recieved payments. Can I find it using my name or possibly my childrens names?? I need to locate it soon so my children can get there inheritance when i die.

No, you will need to know who has it, You need to review all the info, did it get set up though probate court, who set it up ?

Thanks for your answer I know the lawyer who probated the will he has a copy of it. the stickler is that when we probated it my husband was the ont to deal with the lawyers. Soon after that we seperated with no intention of divorce. The lawyers told me they could not help me without albert in person or notorized authorization from him. Unfortunately I cannot locate him...and I have really tried. Just kind of stumped on where to go from here. Ive been researching it for a month now still to no avail but like you said with faith all things are possible!
