Hi
My nephew and his wife are Iranian and presently residing in Germany on 2 years visa and they want to apply for U.S. F1 visa (they have I-20 already) and the question is:
1 - is it better each of them present their documents and apply for F1 visa OR
2 - one apply for F1 and then apply for F2 for wife/husband?
please advise
