We were purchasing a home with a contract we payed about 6000 in cash and another 4000 in repairs and materials now he sold the house to someone else and the new owner is giving us 48 hrs to move out or he is donating our stuff to dav and calling the humane society to get our cats help us please we need leagal advise bad

Im not sure how he sold it but he sold it to the guy next door no banks involved just a verbal or written contract. Like us we had a noterized contract he went and sold it

He can't just "kick you out". If you have a contract, the new owner has to honor it (at least as a lease). Was your contract recorded?

In any event, he cannot make you leave unless he gives you a proper written notice to quit, providing you a certain time in which to leave; depending on where you are 30 days, or some places 15 days.

Don't let him intimidate you. You don't have to move out unless he gets a court order.
