i am a father and i live in california and have had primary custody of my 2 children since i separated from their biological mother in july 2008. the mother has only visited with them six times since then with the last time being on memorial day weekend 2009. i am remarried and my current wife has been their mother since i was awarded custody. i wanted to know that since the biological mother has had absolutely no contact with my children for over three years, and has not paid any child support for over a year now ( she only paid it before then because i had to have child support services find out where she worked and enforce the support order, and now for the last year she stopped working so she would'nt have to pay) do i have a good chance to have her parental rights terminated? my current wife wishes to adopt them as she has been basically their mother for the last four years.
