Hook an Output That Matches a TV input(HDMI, Composite, etc), select correct Source and/or Channel.
Calling a Provider seldom helps on Equipment that is not theirs.
My Own experience.

Actually (to the person who gave me a reddie) my answer (in essence) is correct. I have Bell ExpressVu, the receiver is theirs, dish is theirs the manual for hooking up both is theirs. My answer is correct, Bell is my provider. The same as Star Choice.

And I do understand Strat's post.
