I am beneficiary to my aunts estate who was living in a home. She passed away in January. Before she passed away my daughter asked if she could live in her house, which she didn't want sold till she passed away. By this time my 30 year old daughter had been living there six months, with the stipulation that she pay all utilities and she had to move out when she passed on. My aunt passed on in January. I asked my daughter in march that she needed to move. It is July and she hasn't moved yet. I have to sell the house and settle the estate, but she keeps giving me excuses. What can I do?
