i noticed no air was coming through my vents the other day but the condensing unit outside was on. the indoor blower in the inside unit isn't starting up. how can i check to see it is the run capacitor? if i check it and it isn't that what else could it be? is there any fuse i can check or something. right now the motor just makes a humming noise like it is trying to start. that is why i figured it may be the run capacitor.
