The outside fan isn't running but the vents inside are...they're just not blowing cool air. Our dog has ben barking at an area where the hot water heater is. Unfortunately, today when i went out to look at the outside unit, I realized that the wall the wiring was running through is the same wall Butch kept barking at this morning in the garage. Is there a chance something has chewed a wire? Is there anything I can do to figure it out and are there any quick fixes??? It's SOOOO hot!!!!

The outside unit needs to be running to cool.
Follow the wiring from the outside unit into the house and look for physical damage.
