I have pain in the upper left rib that radiates pain into my left breast and my neck......I had an MRI that showed nothing any suggestions

It is generally known that the description you give is called radiating pain caused by a heart attack. An MRI cant detect a heart attack in progress but with new technology which introduces an imaging agent it is able to show plaque build up in veins from cholesterol.

I have no idea what kind of doctor you are attending, a heart specialist or a general practioner, but you need to go back and have a talk with either one.
