My girlfriend is due in two weeks and she still got on a plane and moved out of state. Please tell me there is something I can do to order her back. Did she break any law by leaving?

Please tell me there is something I can do to order her back. Did she break any law by leaving? Depends how old she is and no she didnt break any law because the baby is unborn and once she hits her last month of pregnancy she is not suppose to travel because if she moved 2 weeks before her due date its going to be hard to find a clinic who will take her in. ScottGem Jul 7, 2012, 04:29 PM Once the child is born you can file for custody in your state. You may not be able to bring her back, but you can get partial custody and visitation. of course she can ask for child support. Roxycapps Jul 7, 2012, 04:32 PM I will look into that thank you. Roxycapps Jul 7, 2012, 04:34 PM She is 16 and I am 18 ScottGem Jul 7, 2012, 04:45 PM She is 16 and I am 18 That's not good. You may have other issues. ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Also how old was she when she became pregnant? Did she move or did her parents move her? AK lawyer Jul 7, 2012, 05:57 PM ... Once the child is born you can file for custody in your state. ... Actually, you would have to file in the other state. That's how the UCCJEA works.
