my sister was appointed trustee for my dads estate. it has been 9 years and we do not have a final accounting of the estate. what form can i file with the calif court to force a final accountingof the estate? thanks

The term "trustee" suggests that a trust was established, rather than a probate estate. If it was through probate she would be called a "personal representative" or "executrix" (female form of "executor").
