We reside in New Braunfels Tx and my son 13 does not want to go with his dad who strikes fear in him drinks and smokes out. Do I have to force him kicking and screaming to go with his dad who says he will
Make him go by force.

If your husband has a court ordered visitation you had better unless you fancy being found in contempt of court and have them award full custody to him.

Guess you see why divorced parents imposing their personal issues onto their kids causes problems. And I say this to fathers just as often.
