Have a friend in Broward County Jail in Florida. This person was put on one and a half years probation in 2009 for possesion/ sell/ delivery of a schedule 4 substance. Friend left the state a few months after the sentence and has now returned. Currently being held in Broward County Florida for VOP on the 2009 charge. Friend goes to court next week. There are no new charges. What are the possible outcomes?

The judge says no big deal and just puts them back on probation, ( LOL ok it is possible but don't expect it)

They give him 30 to 60 days in jail and back on probation ( If I had to bet, this is the one I would pick)

They give him about one/half year in jail to get his attention and back on probation.

They put in him prison for his entire sentence

Since this friend lives in another county in florida is there a chance the State may just make a offer and if so what may it be?
