My husband is a drunk, will not work because of bipolarism, and is doing drugs. We live in Oklahoma and I want him out. He will not leave. Since we both own the house together can I get him out even before the divorce? He does tend to get abusive. Also, I have a nice retirement built up and don't, obviously, want him to be able to get any of it.
