Take on an empty stomach. Preferably right when you wake up in the morning about 30 minutes prior to eating breakfast.

My question is that.... if it increases the thyroid production in the body and am already high on thyroid...is the medicine correct for me.

0.33 - 5.55 is average

mine is 5.95 which is 0.4% more.

If you have hyperthyroidism, over active thyroid, then this medication is not for you. This is for people with hypothyroidism.
