I recieved two underage consumption of alcohol charges at the age of 16. I was sent to the juvenile court in downtown Cincinnati, then, for both. I was only required to pay court fees both times. I am now 18 turning 19 in one month. Over the weekend i just picked up another underage and refused to blow the breathalizer. I now have a court date at my hometown's Mayor's Municiple Court. Can they access my juvenile underages to use against me in court for sentencing. I read the Ordinance and it stated as an adult 18-20, i will be issued a fine and the Diversion program. Will my juvenile record cause this to be much harsher?

So the question is whether juvenile records can be used against adult defendants in Ohio. I will try to research this later if I get a chance.
