I have been off work on FMLA my doctor cleared me for work after working one day my employer put me on administrative leave saying they needed a list of all the medication I am on my doctor does not know why they are asking for this are they allowed to ask for this?

Yes, your employer is allowed to know your medicines to determine if you are a risk to other employees, to clients, to the job itself, and to the safety around the building.
The days of doctors just clearing a patient to go back to work are gone, because companies have liabilities too, and doctors only know what you tell them about your job.
