Hey folks,
I am from India. I have a girl friend and we are in relationship since past 3 years. She is married to a guy since past 6 years but that guy doesn't love her.She used to love this guy and married him 6years back when she was in early 20's .She wasn't mature that time and now she is realizing that this marriage has plunged completely . Her husband is even in a tryst with a hooker . Me and my girl friend love each other and want to live together. She is planning to file divorce and come to live with me. I am an IIM graduate . I am earning more than enough to support this relationship. Only thing that is troubling me is , is it legal in India to live with somebody else when your divorce process is still going on and you haven't got it yet. Please do help
