The judge will take everything into account. First violation, reason for violation, how long you've been on probation, original charges, probation officers report, etc. When it comes to the law, don't expect things to go in your favor but it's not often that they don't. In your case, I would say you have a good chance of the judge lengthening you probation. Don't take my word for it though. I am not a lawyer.
