Can my former husbands pension be over turned. Orginally I was to get his pension after he retired. One and half week before he reitred I was notified I will not have his pension if I did not get it changed before he received his first check. He said he never knew his lawyer put that in the divorce. He wanted me have the pension and he "said" he cannot change it. He is a longshoreman "ILA" What can be done, please, if any?
Thank you
