I am working in company A since last 4 yrs. 6 months back I have decided to move to company B. Comp B filed H1 and H4 extension. I resigned from Com B after a week and moved back to Comp A. Comp A filed H1B and H4 extension. I received all approved copy of H1 and H4 from comp A. After 6 month I received H4 denial notice against comp B petition, Though I have all valid i-94 and approved H1B & H4 from company A. What should I response for USCIS denial notice? Should my wife leave the country or we don't need to response anything on USCIS notice ?
