can the executor sell my rental house thats in the trust,,
my mom wanted me to be well set off money as well as income wise the house was not in writing as to be sold but my mom wanted to sell the renal to pay off my house but that would not be a good thing to do in this day or time i would loose on it if that happened and the executor does not care about that.. she is supposed to look out for mine and my families best interest and shes not what can i do

Where did you get that idea? The executor is supposed to look out for the estate. They are supposed to do what ever is in the best interests of closing the estate. While the interests of the heirs should be considered, the disposition of the estate is the primary concern. As long as they don't do anything illegal, they can do what they want.

will see thats just it im the sol heir of the estate and shes not going to my moms wishes so what can i do this person is my cusin and i dont trust her i need help

If you feel she's not following your mother's wishes, then bring this up in front of the probate court.
