My boyfriend went to jail for no drivers linceses and the jail called immigration because he is illegeal is he getting deported back to mexico

yes, he will have a hearing first, I assume he was driving without license ( illegal) and is why he was arrested. When he gets back to Mexico he can apply for a visa to enter the US.
Or of course you can move to Mexico and be with him while he is waiting for a visa, He may be banned for a time frame due to being deported
