Its my first time to get arrested.I get arrested for domestic violence, batterry using deadly weapon (scissors) .it's a boyfriend and girlfriends fight, because I caught him cheating on me.we had a court 2009 but he didn't show up.and the judge dismissed the case..now can he still reopen the case? ..

Criminal charges were brought against you and the judge dismissed it because he failed to show up? No. He can't re-open the case. That would be up to the prosecuting authorities and would be unlikely.

This is criminal matter so I moved it from Small Claims. As noted, only the prosecutor can reopen the case. And its probable the Statue of Limitations has passed.

With, she stalks me infacebook saying bad stuff, she evenput my real name to his wall. That people need to be careful of me because I m a dangerous psychotic woman ..I have a kid to protect ..I need her to stop, this woman is married into an American which is in A service and shes cheating on him to my ex.shes threatening me to reopen the case, men I m busy andfocus raising my kid, because I'm a single mom, I dont need her BS.she. needs to stop...thank youagain Scott...

Hi AK LAWYER...thank you so much for your response. I do and I appreciate it alot.me too I hated so much ..but everything happened so fast, I just used the scissor for myself defense. He is ok just a scratched into his ears..thank you again. Whats bothering me now is the. Woman he was with at the time, she spying on me, stalking me and threatening me to reopen the case.
