You don't know how these lawsuits work.

It sounds to me like you are saying that you were sexually assaulted at Canada's Wonderland through the fault of the Wonderland.

No one is going to get you a condo as a settlement.

The best way to find an Attorney is on line, in that area, or call the Bar Association for the area.

You will have a problem if it is not documented and the Police don't believe youj.

What does you were "infringed" mean?

I believe "assault" is spelled "assault" even in Canada.

This is not an attorney locator site. Personal contact information is not allowed, so that's why, I imagine, your e-mail address was removed.

... What does you were "infringed" mean?

My guess is that since the police say it wasn't a sexual assault, she/he is searching for a substitute word to describe what happened. That doesn't work either. We really don't know what it was. For all we know, the perpetrator looked in OP's direction and OP didn't like it.

After a good night's sleep I am guessing that someone infringed upon her RIGHTS to do... who knows what. The old, "I have a right to be here even though I'm clearly intoxicated."

Of course, usually the OP doesn't come back so we'll never know.
