You know the case cold be worth 200,000 dollars that is for your attorney to decide but the issue is, most people in the US only have 25,000 to 50,000 dollars in medical payment for accident coverage. So you can win more in a law suit, but you never get the money, The max you can get in a check is the max of the insurnace company payment, unless the people you hit are rich, ( most are not)
