Hail damage broke my sunroof. I removed the old glass and put a new one in, but the broken glass is binding in the tracks. The roof doesn't move as it's supposed to. I need to disassemble the tracks and clean all of the debris out, but can't find instructions or a good diagram of a 2007 Accord factory sunroof.

Any help?

With safety glasses on, try blowing the debris out with compressed air. It's likely similar to this design:
