My periods have been messed up for about 3 months now like i'm on a week then off a week then I was taking some antiobotics and started itching around my virgina so I went and got some medicine for a yeast infection and before i used it i noticed a bump was on me down there so i waited til today to start using it and now 2 more bumps have appearedthey r very painful and at first i thought maybe they was infected hairs but i dont really know they are under the skin you cant really see them but you can feel them

It isn't wise to guess something is a yeast infection when you don't have yeast infection symptoms.

Have you asked your Doctor? It might be hormonal.
