My daughter's father hasn't seen her in over 3 years, since April 2009 when he went back to Utah. He is on her birth certificate, he has never paid childsupport for her, I am getting married in October and moving from Colombia to FL but she was not able to get a visa cause the Consul said she has a claim in her citizenship and I need to get a letter from her father stating he is no interested in doing her citizenship or ask him to do this process for her, I dont know how to contact him and I dont want to leave my daughter behind, my husband to be wants to adopt my daughter. Where do we start? as I understand I can not apply for CBRA my self
