My Kenmore Elite washing machine will fill up with water, but will not start washing or agitating. I've unplugged it and plugged it back in. There is power to the outlet. I've also closed the lid real hard, and it still won't start.

Do you have one of the newer models that can relay information to Sears over the phone?
