Hello, I have a selphy cp780 and as I was printing a picture I got a message on the sceen that said there was an error with the ink cassette and asked to take it out and place it back in, but the problem is that it will eject. I did use the corresponding paper and ink cassette and I did press the release button several times but nothing. I already turned it off and on.
