Did you bench bleed the master cylinder, prior to installation?

After verifying that the master cylinder was properly bench bled, I would fill the master cylinder with brake fluid (e.g., Valvoline) and bleed the system in this order: RR, LF, LR, and RF. If you have trouble, try using a pressure bleeder.

A pressure bleeder will make short work of this job. If you can't run one down, use a one-man bleeder--I use one made by Cal-Van. It has a one-way check valve in it, so air can't get into the system.
