I had unprotected sex 15th of May and I took plan b 12 hours after that. in 23 and 24th I experienced spotting and in 25th some bleeding started. (my period usually lasts 7 days and my cycle is 28 days long and I have regular periods). After that my pregnancy symptoms started: sharp and sever but short headache, sensitive breast with much larger, I felt weired cramps and pain in my lower abdominal, bloating, nuasea and so on! I was really dubious. three days before my next period (16th of Jun) I did a quantitative HCG blood test and it came out negative. Now I am two days late and the symptoms are gettinf worse. I cannot even bear my husband's body smell. What is wrong with me? Can I be pregnant?

Much more likely the side effects of the Plan B, it can have some serious side effects, it does cause spotting ( but pregnancy does sometimes also) It can cause you to miss a period and be off cycle for a month or two (but then pregnancy does also) It can cause cramps, but so can missing a period or the plan b.

It is a little early to test, you really need to wait at least one more week if not two and do the test again.

Also you may need to wait till next period and see if it comes if the test is still neg in a couple week
