hi i live in utah my son dad has never seen him and still refuses to see him we had a dna test and he was proven to be his dad he has never bought anything for him can i file abandonment charges on him

I'd be less concerned about abandonment (which you can't do and which would be meaningless) and more concerned about filing for child support.
