Just drink alot of water. My friend smoked 3 days before he got tested and he drank alot of water and he passed.

As you will note therein a clearance time of 3-5 days is likely. Your extra weight isn't good as THC stores in adipose (fatty) tissue but probably isn't of great concern due to the small and infrequent amounts consumed which even if present would be below level of detection.

As an isolated action....no. Not even in urine. In urine that is due to test cutoff. Not only must an analyte be present above a certain level, in this case 50ng.

THC and particularly THC-COOH incorporate into hair at extremely low levels, if at all. So, one hit would never be detected in a hair test....at least there is no known case of such detection.
