Legally residing in the UK but with another country's passport. Last visited the US in 1990 and overstayed to do an educational qualification program. Left before overstaying proceedings begun. Learnt that my details were used to defraud a bank shortly after.
Planning to apply for a visitor's visa shortly.
Can anyone advise me iwhat my chances of success are?
Many thanks
