If you have been placed on First offender act in GA, I know it is not considered a conviction after you have completed the sentence, but while you are on probation, before the sentence is completed, if you were asked on a application if you have ever been convicted of a crime, would you say yes or no, is it considered a conviction while you are completing the sentence

It will show up on criminal back ground checks in GA.
