have a dodge ram 1500 that is running hot. have changed out the water pump, fan clutch, radiator cap,and the thermostat is out. but still runs hot any ideas?

Replace the radiator--passages may be blocked by phosphate scale. Refill with a 50/50 mixture of the proper antifreeze (likely G-05) and distilled water. Afterwards, purge all air from the system.
