Does anyone remember the movie where aliens where putting probes or tracking devices into humans and at the very end the main character finds the probe/device behind their ear or neck or something. I know that's pretty vague but ive been trying to remember the name of this movie for a long time and it's really starting to annoy me.

Sounds like Invaders from Mars. Original made in 1953 and remade in early 2000's
